This is my current ab roller that I'm using, got it on amazon and I love this thing!
Ab rolling to be my favorite at home, on the go core workout. A few couple quick will tighten up your abs and be more visible. Do my set workout down below. I have to say that if you don't train your abs to a point, then you are issuing on some great definition, even at an average body fat %.
I do at least 8 quick and intense sets
3-5 sets of 12 and then keep doing one by one till i hit over my abs strength capacity. I would advice you to really train your abs fully and get in a "Omg I can't do another one" circumstance that you are unable to control the movement coming back up. The trick build your abs and really stretch all your abdominal muscle fibers and go slow all the way thru the movement and go all the way down, and tighten up your abs you're ready to roll back Up. If you don't you will be using your back muscles instead of your abdominal s.
This is a great exercise for everyone and I believe that if you start doing it daily, you will see a great results in the definition of you ab region.
Usually finish 3-5 sets without a problem and then failure keeps hitting and my abs are exhausted so then I cut the reps down until I can finish my workout.
I tend to completely exhaust the muscle as much as I can on the given day to be trained and I commit to that by either body weight exercises, cardio(sprint and stairmaster), and weight lifting.
